All sales are final.  As this is a food product we cannot accept any returns but we will replace product provided we have proof of spoilage.  Do not throw the product away immediately, take good quality, clear photographs as we do require photographs.

All orders are shipped out in the very best condition and are packaged to with-stand postal delivery.  Fernies Treat Shack cannot be held responsible should there be any damage to the packaging or product.
